Auctioneer, like all addons, stores its data in Lua tables in your WoW folder, under WTF\Account\*\SavedVariables. Lua uses nested tables, so it's not something that's instantly portable to Excel just by running a script. That said, you can probably locate converters online with some very simple searches -- many addons that upload data to websites use just such software.
Given Auctioneer's popularity, I'd be very surprised to find that someone hasn't already done something specifically for it, but I've never looked for anything like that myself.
